1. How does the process work?
We follow a simple, streamlined approach:
You tell us your budget, preferred car, or feature requirements.
We shortlist the best options from across dealerships and help you choose.
Once decided, we negotiate pricing and availability on your behalf.
We assist with loan documentation, approvals, and insurance.
We coordinate the delivery — often within 3–7 days.
2. How long does delivery usually take?
In-stock cars are typically delivered within 3–7 working days.
For less common variants or high-demand models, delivery may take longer — but we’ll always keep you updated on expected timelines.
3. Do you offer loan and insurance support?
Yes! We provide end-to-end support for both:
Loan Assistance: From document collection to disbursal, we coordinate with trusted banks/NBFCs to ensure fast approvals.
Insurance: We compare across providers and help you choose the best policy for your needs (Zero Depreciation, Return to Invoice, etc.).
4. Can I book a car through you directly?
Absolutely. Once you're satisfied with the car and pricing, we’ll guide you through:
Booking the vehicle with the dealer
Submitting required documents for loan or insurance
Making the payment (booking/loan margin, etc.)
Confirming delivery location and date
You only deal with one point of contact — us.
5. Which brands do you deal with?
We assist with most major car brands in India — including but not limited to:
Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, Maruti, Tata, Mahindra, MG, Honda, Skoda, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, etc.
6. Do I get any discounts or benefits?
Yes. Because we operate across dealerships and have existing relationships, we’re often able to negotiate better prices, offer fast-track delivery slots, and bundle services like insurance at better rates.
7. Is there any service charge?
We don’t charge you for just speaking to us or helping you choose.
If you go ahead and book through us, a nominal service fee may be applicable depending on the car, delivery location, and finance structure. This will always be communicated transparently.
8. What documents do I need for the loan?
Usually:
PAN Card
Aadhaar / Address Proof
Salary Slip / Bank Statement (for salaried)
ITR / GST (for self-employed)
Additional docs may be required depending on the financier.
9. What happens after booking?
Once your booking is confirmed:
We’ll keep you updated with delivery timelines.
On the day of delivery, we’ll coordinate with the dealership to ensure a smooth handover.
Registration and HSRP process typically happens after your car has been delivered, we keep you informed throughout the process till your HSRP is fitted.
